U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship

Caddie Application

120-140 caddies are needed for the Championship. This is a paid position of $60.00 per round including gratuity. Caddies will not receive a volunteer uniform. Good physical condition and a general understanding of the game required. Commitment is a minimum of four days (Thursday, September 4th – Sunday, September 7th). An undetermined number of caddies will be needed during match play (Monday, September 8th – Thursday, September 11th). Caddies are required to attend an orientation on Wednesday, September 3rd prior to the Championship. Caddies working the required four days receive a complementary round of golf at Milwaukee Country Club on Monday, September 29th.
Caddies Must be 16 years of age or older.
