In preparation for our nineteenth summer at Milwaukee Country Club, we are offering four options for lesson registration. In order to staff our lessons properly, we have set a registration sign-up deadline of April 15, 2011. You may register for group lessons, junior team tennis and special events in one of the following ways:

• 1. Register on-line below.
• 2. Email your child's registration to Jay Massart at jaymassart@wi.rr.com by April 15, 2011
• 3. Fax the junior tennis lesson registration form to Jay at (262) 250-1393 by April 15, 2011

Session 1 will run for 5 weeks from June 13 - July 15. As a reminder, you must turn in your desired off dates to the pro shop by the end of the second week (June 24th) or you will be billed for the entire session.

Session 2 will run for 5 weeks from July 18 - August 19. Your requested dates off must be turned into the pro shop by the end of the first week of session 2 (July 22) or you will be billed for the entire session.
